Uruguay
As Uruguay was only a few hour boat trip away from Buenos Aires, we couldn’t resist adding another visited country to our list, even though the cruise was more expensive than one from Helsinki to Tallin. Took a boat to the small town of Colonia, which turned out to be interesting for Chris for their big collection of old cars.

Continued with a bus to the capital Montevideo, where we barely got a place in a hostel as the whole city was full due to their famous carnival starting the following evening. Missed it only by half a day as we had to take the boat back. Didn’t find the city any special, but: “been there, done that”.
